A lot of times, Sony is just trying to bash Nintendo, but every now and then, they end up being right. Take 3D for example. While it may be pretty cool, lots of people don’t really care and would rather it not exist. Our friend Dallas absolutely loves anything to do with 3D and never plays without it whenever possible on his 3DS, but I would rather play only some of my games in 3D. According to Sony UK Boss Feral Gara:

“Consumers decide how relevant it (3D) is. It’s fair to say consumers have decided it’s not hugely important at this time.”

Will 3D ever play a huge role in the future of media? Probably not. That doesn’t mean it isn’t awesome though. What do you think about this subject? Leave a comment!
