While some of you have absolutely no idea why Bayonetta 2 is coming to Wii U, most gamers are already pretty excited about the game’s release. Lots of people are afraid that Nintendo will stop making their more “playful” games like Pikmin and Mario if they start publishing games like this one and Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge, but I think this is a necessary move in order to bring in more hardcore audiences. Bayonetta’s creator, Hideki Kamiya was recently asked on Twitter if any Nintendo producers were working on Bayonetta 2, Kamiya responded:
Yup. RT @mjpingram Are there any Nintendo producers working on Bayonetta 2. I know it’s a common practice for games they publish.

Don’t worry, Nintendo isn’t stopping their absolutely spectacular library of family friendly games with Wii U; Right at launch you’ll be able to play games like New Super Mario Bros. U, Nintendo Land, Skylanders Giants, and Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. What do you think of Nintendo’s involvement in Bayonetta 2?
