This may seem interesting, as you often think of hardcore gamers as the ones who spend much, much more on their systems. They often are expected to be the memory obsessed freaks that will pay $100 for an extra gigabyte of data. Bill Trinen, the Product Manager over at Nintendo,  claims that the basic package for the Wii U will be the one for hardcore gamers. When I first saw this, it registered in my mind as a mistake, but there is a bit of sound reasoning behind this statement. A huge reason, and I imagine the reason for making this announcement, is the inclusion of the Nintendo Land party game in the Wii U deluxe package. Apparently, even with all of the extra features and 24 gigabytes of data that come with the extra $50 that are added to the price, the Wii U basic package is still better for the hardcore games like ZombiU and Mass Effect. Which Wii U package are you going to buy?
