Are Publishers More Excited About Other Systems Than Wii U?

While most sites would focus on the good stuff people say about Nintendo, we at Nintendo Charged do things a little differently. The good thing about mentioning bad things that people say about the company is if we can prove it wrong, it makes Nintendo look good and the negative source look just a bit lame. While expect to see a lot of stuff said about the Nintendo Wii U all the way until it’s released this holiday. Here’s what Sterne Agee’s Arvind Bhatia had to say:

“Publishers [are] excited about PS4 and Xbox 720. Publishers seem to be a lot more excited about the potential for the next consoles from Microsoft and Sony than they are about Nintendo Wii U.”

Okay, let’s get to it. Yes, publishers are excited for both the PS4 and the Xbox 720, but if you were to make a rough list of all the publishers already on board for the Wii U compared to the other two, it’s quite obvious who has more publishers so far. Since neither system is out yet, both these statements are just opinions, but only one of us can be correct. While we are currently a Nintendo-exclusive site, and while our name may sound like a bunch of fanboys united to write about how Mario kicks more ass than any other character, we stand for the truth in this magical industry that we write about so much, and we just happen to be cheering for the winning team. I'm the founder and administrator of Nintendo Charged. I've dedicated the past three years to keeping our readers in the loop with the imaginative world of Nintendo. My biggest gaming interest at the time is the Nintendo Wii U and it's upcoming games, but I've been a close follower of the 3DS since launch in 2011. My favorite game as of now is The World Ends With You on DS. If you have any questions, or just want someone to play online with, leave a comment! I hope you enjoy your visit at Nintendo Charged.
