The 3DS Version of Sonic Generations May Be Delayed…

It seems to be a pattern that almost all of the 3rd party 3DS games have been delayed until next year to make way for all the amazing Nintendo published games that will easily take all the glory.  This seems to be the case with the 3DS version of Sonic Generations as well.  According to a recent report by gamesradar, Sega has chosen to delay the game in order to “launch it to a larger number of gamers who received the 3DS during the holidays”.  Although this is disappointing, it makes sense, mainly because of the hype that’s been building for Nintendo’s 1st party games for more than a year now.  This may also be a reason for Sega to incorporate controls for the recently announced 3DS Circle Pad Add-on, but only time will tell if this delay until 2012 is even more than just a rumor. - Greg Boe (admin)
